The Speaker waived the House Special Committee on Energy referral                                                               
for the following at the request of Representative Edgmon, Co-chair:                                                            
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 277(RES) am                                                                                          
    "An Act exempting from regulation by the Regulatory                                                                         
    Commission of Alaska and by municipalities certain generators of                                                            
    electricity from renewable energy resources that sell electricity to                                                        
    regulated utilities."                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CSSB 277(RES) am was removed from the House Special Committee                                                                   
on Energy and referred to the Resources Committee with a further                                                                
referral to the Labor & Commerce Committee.
